“This property stands out because it is located on the peninsula, where the architecture and building styles differ from what we are used to. Overall, our stay was very pleasant; the staff is helpful and keeps the property well-maintained. I believe the nightly rate I paid via Expedia was higher than the price offered on the resort's own website or other online platforms—something I didn't realize until after the non-changeable reservation was already made. “The environment is good! The accommodation conditions are similar to those of the same type of hotels in other cities, and the price is 2.5 times that of other cities!”

“Bathroom space and functionality is very limited. The desk clerk asked us if we were getting on a cruise. When we told him yes, he said we couldn’t walk to the port, no sidewalks, had to take an Uber. We decided to test that out. We found it less than a 15 minute walk and nice wide sidewalks. Wonder if he was an uber driver on his off shift or taking a cut from a friend that was an Uber driver.”

“The Seabreeze is modern with very clean and spacious rooms and restrooms, excellent location that is walking distance to the Seawall and Pleasure Pier, and has very friendly staff. The water pressure in the shower could be improved and the breakfast is just ok.”

“The pool was nice and breakfast was good except the need for more protein. The rooms were average and the hotel is priced right. I do like the fact that we had a fridge microwave and coffee maker in the room. Front staff were helpful and nice.”

“Our room smelled so bad and the sofa bed was dirty nasty and stained . Bath tube filled with water when showering. The fridge didn’t keep drinks cold milk went bad”

“The pictures are misleading. We stayed at another hotel. They took 350.00 even though we had insurance. Not happy. Anywhere else if someone misleads customers you get refunded.”

“Parking lot seemed a little sketchy because a professional looking police camera was set up in parking lot. Needs remodeling and needs more staff. Needs new beds and bedding. Stay on 4 th floor if you want to avoid so much noise. Walls are thin. Breakfast was also a 2 star. The price seemed really good but for 50 a day more could have been much better and more centrally located. That all being said I wont be staying at this particular Laquinta again.”
